Hello, I'm Shelley. 
Inspired by my travels across the world, House & Roam was born.
Originally from Texas, our family (of 5 now) made the big move in 2015 to Sydney.
We spent 7 years  exploring, working and raising our children in Australia.
Now that we are back in Texas, I spend my days designing homes
 and creating content for brands.
The laid back simple  lifestyle in Australia mixed with my artistic upbringing
plays a significant role in my overall aesthetic.

I believe I was put on this earth to create. Design has been a passion of mine
for as long as I can remember. The beach inspires me, vintage textiles,
earthy tones, bright, natural light, artistic interiors, 
photography and travelling .

When I’m not designing, you can likely find me at yoga, rearranging
my home decor, behind the lens capturing photos, hanging with
my three children, or travelling with my husband, Todd. 
I live for warm + sunny days by the beach, fresh flowers,
and drinking wine on the patio.
