I just wrapped up an incredible journey through Portugal, and I can’t wait to share my mini guide with anyone travelling there! From stunning architecture to the vibrant local culture, this trip was the perfect downtime to recharge my creative juices. Honestly, I couldn’t get enough of the beautiful and colorful Portuguese tiles! They’re absolutely everywhere and brought so much joy to my design-loving heart.

Lisbon Adventures I kicked things off in Lisbon, where stunning architecture greeted me at every corner. The vibrant tiles adorned buildings like a work of art, while beautiful flowers filled the atmosphere with color. A must-visit is @acasapessoa for a cozy stay, and you can’t miss the café next door, @cphcoffeelab—the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast before a day of endless wandering.

Cascais: Sun, Sea, and Tiles Next, I hopped over to Cascais, where sun-soaked beaches and waterfront cafés beckoned me to unwind. The charming boutiques bursting with beautiful tiles, clothing, and textiles were irresistible! I loved staying at @hotel_baia_cascais, where the ocean views paired perfectly with long, lazy lunches.

Porto: My Favorite Stop! Then, I took a train from Lisbon to Porto, and y’all, this was my favorite stop! Picture outdoor cafés lined with street musicians, all while sipping on the best Portuguese wine I’ve ever tasted. The artistic vibes in Porto were everywhere, and I made sure to stay at @maisonparticuliereporto, a true gem that captures the essence of the city and its unique artisan treasures.

Sintra: A Magical Wonderland Finally, I wrapped up my adventure in the enchanting town of Sintra. With its colorful pottery, picturesque cobblestone streets, and breathtaking castles, it truly felt like stepping into a fairytale. As an artsy person myself, this little wonderland was the cherry on top!

The agenda? Oh, it was simple: endless wandering, finding hidden gems, spontaneous Aperol spritz breaks, long lunches, and exploring local aesthetics—wake up, repeat!
